  • You can't find 5 minutes a few times a day. Though the program does not require a lot of time, it still requires the effort of daily practice. If you can’t find the time to build life-transforming habits, this may not be for you. Information doesn’t create transformation – conditioning does.

  • You are not open to change. Some of the ideas are going to challenge your current way of thinking and will require you to consider new ways of looking at old problems. As managers and professionals, we didn’t get where we are by doing only the easy stuff but if you aren’t ready to have some of your ideas challenged, this may not be for you.

  • If you have a mental illness or want to work on traumas. This is not therapy. Though it may support work on trauma, mental illness, or serious challenges, the purpose of this course is to provide the fundamentals and a path forward for goal-oriented individuals looking to progress. I am not a therapist and can only guide you in the use of this method to get specific results.
