My passion is to see people able to be their joyful and best self every day, in all situations. My mission is to inspire people to live life to the fullest, and enjoy life, even when it's challenging.
I love traveling and voraciously consume books and courses on all different topics. I have a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and have studied Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Muy Thai Kickboxing. In former professional incarnations, I was a Technical Advisor for bilateral relations between Canada and the United States on air pollution, Canadian government-stakeholder relations, a CEO and Country Manager for a start-up service company in Burkina Faso, and Program Manager on Climate Change initiatives before it was cool and greenwashed.
Having lived and worked in some of Africa's most remote, beautiful and complex places, my coaching tools have helped me, my staff and colleagues to get through political and security crises, as well as guiding my company through an Ebola outbreak.
